Just One Big Umbrella Term

Rob Jevons: It’s going to sound a bit weird, but I can see it, and it’s there, and it’s just like from creating, you have to get to a point where it matches what you’re seeing.

Jim Plannette: That’ll get you in the door, but it won’t keep you inside.

Jevons: Yeah, something like that. Just one big umbrella term.

Plannette: (Laughter) But some people can’t afford that.

Jevons: And so started selling them for like a tenner or something.

Plannette: Saturdays and Sundays used to be double-time days, so we were able to spend some time with our families.

Jevons: But we only had one CD in the house at the time, and that was a Little Richard CD, a live CD.

Plannette: Each time, the place looked bigger and bigger.

Jevons: Yeah. You’re ready for this?

Plannette: Because often, we don’t need any.

Jevons: And I looked at this thing, and this thing was just smoke coming out of it and everything, and I’d ruined it.

Plannette: What that does is make the side of the face that the camera sees the most the fill side, which is where you determine the mood of a scene.

Jevons: I like it warm, but not too warm. Everyone’s different.

Plannette: Which is really true.

Jevons: I haven’t eaten properly for about a week.
